These are a few of my faaaa-vorite image sites:

The Windy Pixel – Okay, so I’m a little biased toward my hometown.  You really can’t argue with the beauty, though!

APOD: Astronomy Picture of the Day – I have a number of friends who use this site as their homepage because of how the images inspire them to think big.

The Impossible Cool – This combines pop culture over the past century with captivating black and white photography.  It’s also got great quotations from both popular and off-the-beaten-path innovators.  Like this, by Ben Franklin on celebrating the New Year: “Be at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let every New Year find you a better man.”

Gaye.

Samantha DeCarlo images – I’ve kept a tab on my high school friend’s artwork over the year.  I think her photography and handmade art will take her places.
